Most orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days after dispatch. Some orders may arrive sooner, while busy periods, regional delivery routes, public holidays, or carrier delays can add extra time.

Yes. When tracking is available, we will send it to the email address used at checkout. Tracking can take a few days to update after dispatch.

If you need to change an address or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has started processing or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Let wet gear dry before storing it in your bag. Wash towels gently with similar colours and avoid harsh bleach. Wipe brushes and clips clean after use to keep them course ready.
