Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 4 business days. During peak periods, launches, promotional events, or high seasonal demand, processing may take a little longer.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery is generally 7 to 15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary depending on your location, carrier workload, customs checks, and local delivery conditions.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent by email. Tracking may not update immediately, especially while an order is moving between carrier facilities.
Multiple Item Orders
If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive separately. This helps us get available items moving sooner rather than holding the full order back.
Delivery Delays

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us quickly. Once an order has shipped, address changes may not be possible.
