Return And Refund Policy
At Range & Green, we want you to feel confident ordering golf gear for your next round. If something is not right, contact us and we will do our best to help.
Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging where possible. Items that have been used on course, damaged through use, modified, or returned without reasonable packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
To request a return, contact us through our contact page or email rangeandgreen@gmail.com with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for the return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we cannot confirm receipt of items that are not delivered back to us.
Damaged, Faulty, Or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, we may arrange a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to request a return for the original item, then place a new order once the return is approved.
Order Changes And Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has started processing or has shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.
