Estimated delivery is generally 7 to 15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary depending on your location, carrier workload, customs checks, and local delivery conditions.
Tracking updates
When tracking is available, it will be sent by email. Tracking may not update immediately, especially while an order is moving between carrier facilities.
Multiple item orders
If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive separately. This helps us get available items moving sooner rather than holding the whole order back.
Delays
Occasional delays can happen due to carrier issues, severe weather, customs processing, high seasonal demand, or remote delivery areas. If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us and we will help check the status.
Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us quickly. Once an order has shipped, address changes may not be possible.
